Currently Chef at The Ocean Room at the five star / five diamond Sanctuary Hotel. Also serving as President of the Greater Charleston Chapter American Culinary Federation in addition to teaching culinary arts at The Art Institute of Charleston. Very passionate about local food in addition to cooking in the season.
