My name is Amelia. I am a foodie and fotog (that means I am obsessed with good food and photography). I love cooking with few fresh, seasonal ingredients. I am from Italy but have been living in the US 10 years. I own many many cooking, culinary theory, food history, world cuisine and food reference books, which I happily read at night for inspiration. :) I am also a mother of two, wife and have a full-time job (nope, not in the food or photo business) a strategy consultant.
