Ancient culinarian, working in higher education. I'm currently studying to become a certified gluten-free chef, and I'm studying to be a culinary educator. Right now I'm mentoring 3 teenagers.
When I'm not working, I love quilting, photography, swimming, cycling, and painting. I try to get outside whenever possible. I have 3 rescued furballs I absolutely adore.
One day, I want to have a food truck and park it along the beach, serving breakfast and lunch which will include gluten-free foods.
