I am a wife, daughter, sister and aunty. I love to shop, cook, eat, sail, read, quilt, travel, read. Favorite foods are avocados, chocolate, cheese, wine, pomegranates, nectarines, oranges, coconut milk, salsa, and anything Thai or Vietnamese. I have traveled to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Alaska, Thailand, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal (all separate trips). The last thing I cooked (as of 10-7-10) was chocolate chip cookies. What I cook most often is bean soup - and it never tastes the same twice.
