Love cooking, baking, creating new and delicious desserts. I collect cookbooks. I have thousands of them, I enjoy reading them, trying new recipes and always looking for more creative ways in food presentation, taste and technique. I love, love, love the ocean, lighthouses, walks on the beach. I would love to create my own cookbook and include a classical cd with it and have it written in every language for everyone to enjoy.
