I am a chef at heart. I do not have any professional training and I do not work in a restaurant. Rather, I am an amateur cook. For me, cooking is a hobby that provides me with an opportunity to express my creativity, as well as provides me with an opportunity to learn about cuisines and cultures. I’ve perused hundreds of recipes during my free time, which serve as guides for me as I explore cuisines from around the world.
