I grew up in a family of outstanding cooks.Which is why I never thought I’d be one. It was too intimidating. Then, being away from my mom, my sisters and everyone else, made me REALLY appreciate home cooking.
To this day, my family of Cooks is my greatest inspiration and joy. Make no mistake, home cookouts are serious business as we all challenge each other for bragging rights to the most authentic and scrumptious dishes. Ok, I will admit, Mom is the reigning Queen in the kitchen.

FOOD! Is essential and it's fun! It's fun to make! Fun to eat! Fun to share..sometimes..lol.
