I am, and have been raised, a responsible person since I was a young girl. I had to cook and bake, not that I didn't enjoy it, for our family since my mom had to work 2cd. shift. I collect cook books and belong to a few cooking clubs. I enjoyed the holiday baking lotts of cookies and made a wonderful dinner with my husband. He loves to cook also. I'm always interested in new recipes that taste deliscious. I and my husband have 2 kids that love to experiment our cooking and baking, especially the baking of goodies. We enjoy venison since I was brought up with avid hunters. I can, and my husband, make venison taste wonderful. It's all in the ingredients and spices you use. I wish I had a bigger kitchen with more cup-boards that was truly the way I wanted it! I have pretty much everything to use to make good foods with, even the flavor wave. One thing I wish I had is things for canning. I have a 4 quart pressure cooker but that's not big enough for me. My husband and I bought a bushel of hand picked apples from the farm up here and made apple butter, apple sauce and apple pies this year and we really enjoyed it. It all came out really good so we plan on buying more next season and doing it again. Hope to meet some good "recipes". I am a people person and have a good nature about me.
