I am an ex-pat from Wales now living in Cyprus. My hobbies of course include cooking. I would say my favorite is Indian food the spices are something else!!!! Also like to cross stitch and have started to learn water colour painting, enjoy reading and tracing my family tree. Have two sons and two grandsons all living in the UK, so in seventh heaven when they visit.
My husband and I are enjoying our retirement. Especially looking forward to my first holiday to the USA later this year 2011
