Hi,
I saw on my sidebar a note to "help us edit". But, I don't quite get what you'd like me to do. I have knowledge of Indian Foods and can help edit those recipes.

Almost all of our pages can be edited, that includes foods, cooking techniques, kitchen tools, and recipes. Simply visit a page and click one of the green "edit" buttons to change into an edit mode.
Valuable types of editing include adding missing information or correcting mistakes, be they factual, spelling, or grammatical.
