Question: how do you increase your rank because ive edited like 10 or so things and no rank improvement

Rankings are by percentiles of total edits, and the more you edit the higher your rank will be. Rankings are calculated daily so your rank won't change instantaneously; check back tomorrow and you should see an update on your profile.
