Pakistani Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

1 cup Macaroni
1/2 cup Chicken cubes
3 Garlic cloves, skinless, chopped
3 tablespoons Oil
1/2 cup White sauce
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper crushed
2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
Fresh coriander/parsley for garnish

Preparation

Boil Macaroni in 3 cup water and 1 teaspoon oil.

Sieve/strain and wash with cold water. Keep aside.

Now Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry for 1 minute, then add chicken cubes, black pepper and salt.

Cook on medium heat till chicken is tender.

Now add tomato ketchup, cabbage, spring onion, soy sauce, vinegar, cheese, white sauce and boiled macaroni.

Cook for 3-5 minutes till cabbage and onion is tender.

Garnish with fresh coriander/parsley.

Delicious cheese macaroni is ready.

Serve hot.
