Hot and Spicy Marinade

Ingredients

1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Chili sauce
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Hot Chinese chili paste-optl
2 teaspoons Hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Onion, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Makes 3 cups This is a good marinadefor ribs, pork chops, pork tenderloin and pork roasts such as loin and butt.* Chinese chili paste is available in oriental and specialty food stores.
