  • 2 teaspoons Water
  • 1 Mrs. Dash seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon
  • 1 Minced garlic
  • 1 Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound Fish fillets (any kind)
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Curry powder

Instructions

Step 1

Place fish fillets in a microwave-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, Mrs. Dash seasoning blend, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, curry powder, and chicken bouillon. Place butter on top of the fillets, so it will melt over them.

Add water, cover the dish with plastic wrap, and punch holes in the wrap.

3-5 minutes

Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until the fish will flake with a fork.
