  • 1/2 cup diced cilantro (coriander)
  • 2 unit carrots, diced
  • 2 unit bouillon cubes (chicken)
  • 5 cup water
  • 4 unit chicken breasts

30-40 minutes

Combine Lawry's seasoned salt, diced cilantro, diced carrots, chicken bouillon cubes, water, and chicken breasts in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook for 30-40 minutes.

When serving, add corn chips, Monterey Jack cheese, and slices of avocado to each bowl.
