Indian Sea Bass

Ingredients

4 ounces x , 6 Sea bass, fillets
2 tablespoons Olive oil, virgin
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Ginger, fresh, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher (coarse) salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Preparation

Combine marinade ingredients.

Cover fish with marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from marinade and coat each side with oil.

Grill over direct high heat for about 5-7 minutes TOTAL, turning once about halfway through.
