Ingredients

1 cup Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce (see recipe), pureed
4 inches lrg clams shells
3 raw shrimp unshelled
1 1/4 pounds lobster split
1 cup Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce (see recipe),
unpureed
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

Place 1 cup of pureed Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce in an individual casserole dish. Arrange clams in casserole. Cover.

Bake in 400 degree oven 5 minutes. Add shrimp and lobster. Cover.

Return to oven and bake 10 minutes. Add scallops. Top with 1 cup of unpureed Basic Brazilian Tomato Sauce. Return to oven 5 to 10 minutes until all seafood is tender and cooked.

Serve in covered dish sprinkled with chopped parsley to garnish.
