Pineapple and Beef Curry
Fry the meat and onion in the oil until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in the curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Blend in the stock and yogurt; cover and simmer until the meat is almost tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add the pineapple and simmer 15 minutes more. Be sure the meat is tender.
