Wendy's Tasty Cole Slaw


1/2 cup mayonaise or less (I use Kraft Olive Oil blend)
3 tablespoons sugar (I usually use Splenda)
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
dash black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Blend all ingredients except cabbage mix until smooth.
Add cabbage and toss until well coated.


I know it is a lot of ingredients but it is well worth the effort, all of my friends just love this recipe, even those who normally don't like coleslaw.

Please note that I don't really measure all the ingredients exactly any more, (I've been making this recipe a long time). I'm probably going a little light on the seasoning so you can add more to taste, but the liquid ingredients are pretty close to right on. If you think the slaw is a little dry instead of adding more mayonnaise you can add a splash of milk to make it go a little further and not add so many calories.
