Grilled Figs With Brie and Prosciutto

Ingredients

2 figs per skewer
1 square brie cheese per fig
1 slice prosciutto per fig

Preparation

If using wooden skewers, soak them for at least an hour.

Slice each fig in half, then place a square of brie on top.

Wrap a slice of prosciutto around the cheese and fig and skewer.

If using an outdoor grill, a fish grill is recommended (one with small holes).

An indoor grill works fine, too.

You can use an indoor or outdoor grill. The sweetness of the fresh figs, with cream brie and the saltiness of the prosciutto works in harmony that delivers a flavor sensation.
