Bbq Joes


2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
cup your favorite BBQ sauce
lrg onion chopped
lrg onion thinly sliced
1 small jar dill pickles sliced
1 pkt chedder cheese (8 oz.) grated


While browning ground beef add onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. When meat is done add the BBQ sauce and heat for 3 or 4 minutes on low to warm up the BBQ sauce. Put sliced onions, sliced pickles, grated cheese, and hamburger buns out and let everyone fix their own BBQ JOES their way and serve with potatoe chips. This is like Chopped Beef BBQ, but I use ground beef instead. YUMMY!!!
You can half the recipe to suite your size family. I hate BBQing outdoors but love the BBQ taste. This is simple, quick. and easy-very little time in the kitchen for preperation.
