Looking for a creamy, cheesy, healthy egg dish? Try this little Frittata, just throw everything together and bake. It's my favorite egg bake of all times!!

  • 2 tablespoons non-fat milk
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 ounces goat cheese
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup cooked butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute(optional)
  • 2 eggs(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 10 oz oven safe dish with cooking spray.

Add the cooked butternut squash to the dish.

In a measuring cup, add the egg substitute (or eggs) and milk. Mix until well combined. Pour the mixture over the butternut squash in the dish.

Sprinkle with pepper and top with goat cheese.

30-35 minutes

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the middle is slightly firm.
