Bryan Szeliga
I am a Chef de Cuisine in PDX. After a career change from Telecommunications I graduated top of my class from Western Culinary Institute. I have worked in Portland's top restaurants including, Paley's Place, Lucy’s Table and Fenouil in the Pearl. I have worked under chefs from The French Laundry, Le Bernardin, Fifth Floor, Aqua and Jean Georges. I am a Fly Fisherman and Salmon Conservationist.
