Gluten-free Italian Bread

Ingredients

1 package dry yeast
2 cups Gourmet Blend flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
3/4 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs, room temperature, beaten
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
7/8 cup warm water

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk to mix thoroughly. Transfer to machine. Combine and whisk all liquid ingredients. Transfer to machine.

Can be dangerous having the flour link send you to wheat flour...some may not realize it is not gluten free.

This is a very moist dinner bread. If you desire to reduce the moisture and make a larger loaf, increase the flour by 1/2 cup.
