Ever looked at an amazing cake and wondered "How do they make those flowers?!" While frosting and fondant are the top edible choices, what about chocolate? Yes, chocolate. Here is a quick and easy tutorial for making both plastic chocolate (the kind you can work with, mold and sculpt) and amazingly impressive chocolate roses. Using milk or dark chocolate you just form and go -- or, if you want to use white chocolate, you can add food coloring and create a colorful bouquet of delicious decorations (like the photo above!) Whether for a birthday cake, special occasion, or just to decorate a dessert tray, your guests will be so impressed you'll have a hard time not spilling the (cocoa) beans on how easy it was!
