Spring weather has arrived (temporarily), and we are celebrating with this hot recipe: Sweet and Spicy Country Style Ribs. We love how Foodista member: Janis Smyth, isn't afraid to do it right, and use a bit of lard in the recipe. Don't be afraid of real fat!
We also think that the sauce looks divine, and dare we say, finger lickin' delicious? Imagine it poured over your side of creamy mashed potatoes. NOM.
