Indian Chicken Curry

Preparation

Slowly fry chopped onion and garlic in olive oil

Cut chicken in bite-size cubes and fry briefly on all sides

Add spices, sugar, tomato paste, chicken stock + half of the yoghurt and coconut milk

Stir to homogeneous sauce, then add chicken and simmer

Add remainder of yoghurt and coconut milk (to taste)

When sauce thickens, add chopped chives and ground coconut, and simmer 5 more minutes before serving
