Ingredients
Preparation

Batter eggs with sugar and salt

Add flour little as little, as "rain"

Mix to a smooth consistency

Add melted butter once colder

Add milk and mix evenly

Butter lightly an oven dish

Add batter and cherries

Bake at 250°C until golden and done...

You may need to cover it at half cooking time:20 min)

Top with sugar

Eat warm

This is a typical summer French dessert.This one is my version.
You may use small fresh apricots or apples instead of cherries

This is the first dessert I made ever! my husband is French and a very good cook so...I had to start somewhere, a clafouti is delicious and easy to make!
