I could eat this pasta every day of the week. It’s so simple but such a delicious combination of flavors with the sweetness of the squash, the crisp kale, the hint of thyme and white wine, and the salty, cheesy Parmesan.

Yup, that’s right…..starting out 2013 with a healthy recipe! This salad is packed with all sorts of good for you things, like pomegranates, pears, almonds, arugula, and well blue cheese might not be a super food, but it makes this salad special and goes perfect with the pears.
