Herb Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients

5 Pork Chops or Pork Tenderloin (Bone in or Boneless, whatever tickles your fancy)
4 tablespoons Olive Oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil
1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

Preparation

1
Place your pork chops in a ziploc bag. Mix together 3 Tbsp olive oil and the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the pork chops and close. Shake the bag up to make sure the pork is throughly covered. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the remaining Tbsp of olive oil in the pan and heat over medium heat. Sear both sides of the pork chops and place in a baking dish. Pour about 1/2-1 cup water in with the pork chops so the water reaches half way up the meat. Place in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, until a thermometer reaches 170 degrees.
