Sunday supper is a time when you can really show off your culinary skills but you do not need to spend all day in the kitchen. This roasted pork tenderloin is delicious and easy. I would serve this dish with scalloped potatoes and a fresh green salad. Presenting a roasted pork loin to the table will add an elegant touch to an otherwise ordinary event.
Ingredients:
1 3 pound Pork Tenderloin
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
