Chicken Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

1 can V8 juice
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 tablespoons chicken flavor base
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Cook the chicken in 6 cups water. When done, remove from water and set aside. To water add all ingredients except chicken and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Skin and bone chicken and add to soup. Serve with French bread. Serves 6.
