You can make "CUÑAPE'". It's a balls of yuca flavour,queso fresco,eggs. It's a bolivian recipe, more or less like brazilian"pan de quejo".
- A cup of yuca flavour
- 3 cups of queso fresco
- 1 egg
- A little bit of milk
Mix all ingredients and make balls. Oven at 200 celsius for 20 minutes.
