You can crumble it and use it over salads or enchiladas atop beans,or used to stuff chiles or for quesadillas It can be used in Arepas or quiche. It's a good substitute for feta.
You can make "CUÑAPE'". It's a balls of yuca flavour,queso fresco,eggs. It's a bolivian recipe, more or less like brazilian"pan de quejo".
- A cup of yuca flavour
- 3 cups of queso fresco
- 1 egg
- A little bit of milk
Mix all ingredients and make balls. Oven at 200 celsius for 20 minutes.
You can wrap in puff pastry, bake it for about 20 minutes and enjoy some quickly done appetizer.....
Use it in whatever you have a taste for that day.it'd flavorful!
