Question: I am out of cornstarch for an "Egg lemon Sauce". Can I use rice flour in place of cornstarch?

Rice flour doesn't have the same thickening power as cornstarch, so you would need to use a lot more. I'd suggest wheat flour if you have it and are not gluten intolerant. Other options would include arrowroot or tapioca flour.
