You can either put them in a roasting pan, cover with foil and place in a 350 preheated until hot or put them on a microwave-safe dish, cover them with plastic wrap and microwave on medium for a few minutes (depending on the number of ribs). For larger numbers I would cook in the microwave in smaller increments (i.e. 1-2 minutes) to prevent over-cooking. An additional suggestion is to baste them with sauce prior to reheating to help keep them moist.
