Question: How far in advance can you prepare an Apple Strudel

I'm having dinner guests tomorrow evening and would like to make an apple strudel, however I'm not sure how much time I will have tomorrow. Will the apple strudel keep if I make it this evening? Any storage tips to keep it fresh?

No problem if you make it today and bake it tomorrow. Just place it on a sheet pan, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Pull it from the fridge tomorrow and let it warm to room temp before you bake it (an hour or so).
