Vine spinach will cook and taste like regular spinach. You can steam it, or just lightly saute it in a little butter or olive oil. You can saute it with garlic or add some raisins and pine nuts for a little different flavor.
Stem it and toss it in with your favorite greens for a tasty addition to your salad mix or use it in a spinach salad. Stems are generally bitter so make sure you snip them off.
