Question: What's The Smoke Point Of Grapeseed Oil?

I heard it has a higher smoke point than olive oil, true?

It depends on the quality of the oil and the presence of dissolved components. For the regular grapeseed oil it's around 420oF, not very different from extra virgin olive oil.
