Peas Pulav (Serves 2) Ingredients: 1 cup Rice (washed and drained) � cup peas 1 inch cinnamon stick 1 bay leaf 1 tsp black pepper 3 cardamoms 1 & 3/4th cup boiling water 1 tsp oil How to make: Take a vessel, add the oil. Once the oil is heated, lower the heat and add the pepper, cardamoms, bay leaf, and cinnamon stick. After the aroma of all the added ingredients arise, add peas. Fry for some time and then add the rice. Again make sure that all the flavours have mixed well with the rice and in the end add the water. Shut the vessel with a lid. Keep stirring in awhile. After all the water has evaporated and the rice cooked, your fragnant peas pulav is ready to be served.
