wash and dry whole bhindis.
prepare dry masala of dhania powder,mirch powder ,hing,salt,roasted besan,grinded onion, garlic, ginger.
make cuts in bhindis and fill with masala.
take little oil in a pan.
fry these bhindis till it becomes crispy.
