Hi Rose, The bake time (45 minutes) is given in step 7. Regarding your comment, Foodista is a community-based site where many of our recipes are added by our passionate users. Unfortunately, this also means that at times an ingredient or step is missing; simple human error :) We do however appreciate being notified when something is missing so that we can correct it.
