Heat some oil in a pan, Add onion and saute. When they turn translucent take them off the heat and let cool.
In a bowl mix meat eggs and breadcrumbs. Combine feta cheese to this mixture. Add the cooled onions to this and mix well. Make balls
Heat oven to 350 Degrees. Place the meat balls, Add a slice of tomato on top of the balls. Top it with feta cheese, olive oil and pepper. bake.
