Seasonally, sometimes. But I've most often seen it at farmers markets. It's such a strong herb, though, most of it would be wasted if you bought a bunch of it. We only use about 1 leaf per stock pot.
It's cheaper to find someone who's got it growing in their backyards. Comes up around April, dies in September.
