Slice a chilled goat cheese log into 1/2 inch slices. Dip goast cheese slices in beaten egg and then into panko or ground walnuts, until they are completed coated. Place slices on a baking sheet covered in foil. Bake in a 325 F. pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve.
