Sprouted kidney beans are toxic!! Eating large sprouted beans can be deadly!

Place small amount of beans in glass canning jar and fill with water, stretching cheesecloth over top and securing with a canning ring. Soak beans in water overnight and the following day rinse and drain twice. Follow this procedure until sprouts are around two inches long and refrigerate.
