Palometa fish is a baked fish recipe. Take a heavy base aluminum foil grease it. Place forzen fish in the center and sprinkle garlic, arrange lemon and sprinkle dill seed, mustard, capers dot with butter and place vegetabels and seal the foil carefully and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour
