Question: My hubbard and spaghetti squash has frozen out in my garage. Is there anything I can do to save them? There are only a few. I grew them for fun more than food, but still....

Alas! My butternut squash suffered the same fate!
Try peeling and roasting them ASAP. If you roast them- and they are ok, you can puree the hubbard squash for risotto, soup or ravioli. One of my favorite soups is a hubbard squash with wild rice. The spaghetti- i would try cooking it ASAP to see if it's salvageable. A little garlic salt & butter is all you need. They will usually take a little cold.
