To heat brie in the oven without losing its shape, you can wrap brie in phyllo dough to give it a crust or simply wrap the brie in foil or parchment paper prior to baking. If you would like to simply warm the brie without melting it, place brie on a heat resistant plate and bake it at 350 for only a few minutes until hot.
You can also add additional flavors when heating. Try covering with dried fruit and nuts. I love pecans, pistachios, apricots, and cranberries on hot Brie.
