Natillas is an egg custard that is highly cinnamon flavoured. Natillas can be made in traditional cazuelas ie brown clay dishes. Natillas is made with milk, sugar, egg yolk, cinnamon sticks and cinnamon powder.

Take 1/2 cup milk.
Beat eggs propperly and mix sugar ,salt,little cornstarch and flour in it.blend it properly.
Add a little boling milk into egg mixture.
pour egg mixture into milk and simmer.stir it untill thick.
fold hot custard mixture into egg whites and blend.
sprinkle with dry fruits.
