October 27, 2010
I picked up an antique Meat Slicer made by Globe for free. Am trying to find out how old it is. Black & White porceline, 115 volts, works Great, but do not know when it was made. How would I find out? it is heavy. Thanks, Chuck.

I used one of those exact slicers at a place I recently worked. It's hard to find info on them but I'd go to Globe's website. The link is:
www.globeequipment.com
Contact someone there. I'm sure there is an oldtimer around that would know how old your model is.

contact globeslicers.com
or look on ebay for a similar model.
